County reports rise in late property taxes - Most notices going to developers, banks. Dakota County is seeing about a 30 percent increase in the number of overdue property tax notices sent this year over those sent in previous years.
Public defender cuts predicted to clog court cases, add costs - Dakota County is expecting increased expenses and significant delays in the courts, according to County Attorney James Backstrom.
Pritzlaff says he will run again - Farmington City Council Member David Pritzlaff announced June 26 he plans to run for re-election.
